Carly has a compassionate, supportive, patient-centered approach. She believes that movement is integral to our sense of well-being and understands how difficult it can be when our bodies are negatively impacted by injuries and pain. Carly uses a variety of modalities and light to deep pressure, working with each client to reduce pain, increase strength, and improve function so that they can get back to the life they love. She appreciates the uniqueness of each person and enjoys individualizing each treatment based on her client’s specific needs each day. She helps to promote healing by finding ways to incorporate meaningful movement into daily life and empowers her client’s to become active participants in their care through education and positive encouragement.
Growing up on the island has given Carly has a deep love for the natural environment and a passion for exploring the outdoors. She spends her time outside work enjoying activities such as camping, fishing, hiking, and foraging. She also helps to maintain wellness in her own life through a consistent mindfulness and yoga practice.
